Story time is important for brain development, even for babies who do not talk yet. When you read with children, they are connecting the words you say to the pictures on the page and to the things in their world. All those connections are brain connections!
Any business donating $25 or more will have their logo with a link to their website listing on their towns page. Funds from individuals will go directly to the school servicing your town until enough books are purchased for every PreK child in that town. Once that goal is met those funds will go to the next town lowest on the goal list. Almost EVERY town can meet the PreK book goal with $100. Most with $50-$75.
